Repair & Service

Once your job arrives at Injectronics you will receive an email confirming the parts have been booked in for assessment. When the repair is completed, another notification with postage tracking information will be sent if preauthorised repair was selected.

Most repairs are completed within 48 hours once the job arrives. If a unit cannot be repaired or replacement parts are required, the Injectronics team will contact you with an updated ETA.

Recommended retail pricing is displayed on the website. Trade account holders can log in to view their specific trade pricing.

Injectronics provides repair services for a wide range of manufacturers including light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and industrial or agricultural equipment.

If the unit cannot be repaired, Injectronics may supply a new replacement where available, or a fully refurbished unit. Both options include a 12-month warranty against defects.

Sales & Product

RRP is the recommended retail price suggested by the manufacturer or distributor. Trade pricing is a discounted rate available to businesses with a valid ABN (Australia) or NZBN (New Zealand).

No. Change-over products are available only to customers with an active Injectronics account.

Where new units are available they are supplied first. If not, Injectronics provides fully refurbished replacements, both backed by a 12-month warranty.

Shipping & Returns

Yes, international shipping is available. Carrier costs and any regional import taxes may apply.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the carrier and are quoted at the time of dispatch.
